Any claims for damages or discrepancies must be submitted to Candles Tonight Vessel Decor¬†within three (3) business days of receiving your order. You must notify Candles Tonight Vessel Decor Customer Service by email or phone. Please note that candle luminary orders are final and there are no returns or refunds as each order are made to client’s request and are considered custom, as well as artisan work.

Unopened merchandise (non wax or candle related)  may be returned in its original condition within 10 days of receiving your order. A 20% restocking fee will be assessed and you will be given store credit for the remaining amount. All battery operated or rechargeable candle items must be in NEW UNOPENED CONDITION, NO EXCEPTIONS!

Please note: If you return any item that has been opened, then the return will not be accepted and if we need to ship the items back to you, then we will have to charge additional shipping charges.

NOTE: Return Authorization Number is required. Email us at or call us at 800-995-2994 to obtain your Return Authorization Number prior to shipping your package back. We can only refund shipping costs and void the restocking charges if the return is a result of our error. Ship back to us via FedEx Ground or UPS Ground with Insurance, UPS and FedEx has automatic insurance of $100 included at no additional charge. Save your tracking number in case we need it.

No Returns will be accepted for candle luminaries after use. As this is a hand made item to your order, we can not accept a used item as a return. Thus upon acceptance of your order all sales are final.

Damaged Shipments

We carefully pack every order to make sure that it arrives to you undamaged and we have had excellent success in safe deliveries. In the event that your shipment arrives damaged, please follow the steps below:

1. DO NOT ship the package back to us.
2. Keep all packaging (including the damaged merchandise) in its original carton for at least 7 business days, since the carrier may wish to inspect.
3. Contact Us! We will contact the carrier and ship out a replacement item as soon as possible. Typically within 3 days of receiving your photos.
4. The carrier will contact you to confirm and decide what they want to do with the package.
5. The carrier will either contact you or us and advise on what procedure to follow.
