APO, Alaska, Hawaii and Canada are shipped via USPS (US Postal Service), all other shipment are shipped via FedEx Ground or UPS Ground. We can not ship to P.O. Boxes.
You should receive your order 3 to 5 business days from shipment date.
You may order online for orders shipped within the United States of America only. (All shipping charges are calculated automatically by our Shopping Cart). For volume sales outside of the United States, please contact us so that we may help you. For International Orders we only accept payment via Wire Transfer made out in US Dollars.
All orders of stocked items are shipped within 3-5 business days of order placement. Delivery time will depend on product availability and shipping time. Express Deliveries are available at an additional cost upon request. We will make every effort to fill your order and ensure arrival as quickly as possible.
Orders are generally filled and shipped well before 6 business days. However, since many of our products are handmade to order, our craftsman may require additional time to produce the quality products that we demand. Please allow extra time for delivery during holidays. If there is an unusual delay in filling an order, we will notify you by e-mail.
If an ordered item is back ordered, we will notify you via e-mail and send the full order when the back ordered item arrives. Partial order shipment is available upon request by sending an email via contact form: click here , we will not charge additional shipping & handling charges.
We ship to the address you specify when you place your order. If you give us the wrong shipping address or if you ask the carrier to drop off your package at a different address while your package is in transit, you will be charged a $5.00 handling charge that the carrier charges us.
